1. Acceptance of League Terms

By registering a pilot profile, joining the community rosters, or participating in any flight simulator events hosted by Skyleague, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Our league operates on the principles of fair competition and mutual respect among virtual aviators.

If you do not accept these rules, you may not enlist as a pilot, access our global leaderboards, or enter our scheduled air races.

2. Virtual Pilot Code of Conduct

Skyleague maintains strict rules for sportsmanship during all official seasons and community flights. Pilots are expected to follow air traffic control instructions, adhere to specific race parameters, and respect their fellow competitors on the grid.

  • Use of unauthorized flight physics modifications, external performance assists, or network manipulation is strictly prohibited.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or deliberate sabotage in the virtual skies will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Pilots must use their registered callsigns during all broadcasted events and on official leaderboards.

3. No Betting or Real Money Wagering

Skyleague is dedicated purely to the skill, precision, and enjoyment of flight simulation. We strictly prohibit any form of real money betting, gambling, or unauthorized financial wagering related to race outcomes, leaderboard positions, or season championships.

Any pilot or community member found organizing, promoting, or participating in financial betting rings around our events will be permanently banned from the community, and all their past leaderboard rankings will be voided.

4. Event Scheduling and Server Integrity

While we strive to provide reliable servers and accurate telemetry collection for high-stakes events, Skyleague is not liable for network dropouts, simulator crashes, or latency issues that may affect race outcomes. Race stewards hold the final authority on whether a heat will be restarted due to technical failures on the server side.

We reserve the right to alter season schedules, modify race conditions, or adjust scoring metrics to ensure competitive balance across all supported simulator platforms.

5. Intellectual Property

All league branding, HUD motifs, broadcast overlays, and original event formats are the exclusive property of Skyleague. Pilots and community members are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to stream their personal perspective of our events, provided they do not claim official endorsement or alter league logos.
